Real estate is in my blood.  My mother, Sally McGee, was an agent in the Portland metro area for 15 years.  We worked together as a mother daughter team until she retired in 2017.  My past industry experience includes 5 years working as a mortgage broker.  While on the lending side, I became versed in the guidelines and methods that home appraisers use in completing their valuation analysis for banks and mortgage lenders.  This has become a benefit to both my seller and buyer clients as I’m able to use this training to effectively evaluate home values.  On the listing side, you can expect great attention to detail when it comes to assisting you with your pre-sale home preparation.  If your goal is to get top dollar for your home, I will guide you through the necessary steps.  Your transaction will be expertly managed from beginning to end.  Upon completion of the sale, I will donate a portion of my commission to the Windermere Foundation which supports various local charitable organizations.  With buyer clients, my goal is to ensure a pleasant, low stress home purchasing experience.  The market is competitive however, with my guidance, a home in one of the most popular cities in America can be yours.  We will use every tool in my Portland home buyer tool box to make sure your offer beats out the competition.

My interests include hiking, skiing, soccer and trips to the beach with my giant yellow lab.  I’ve lived on both coasts and in various cities across the U.S.  I am happy to call Portland home.
